I've never had a punctured lung, but I think I would be out at least a month from my desk job! Sounds painful

When I read this story I immediately thought of the time Eric Lindros of the Flyers received a punctured lung playing in Carolina. A teammate found him soaking in the hotel tub unconscious and alerted a team medical person who had him rushed to the hospital. Since he went so long, blood had filled the lung and he was basically slowly drowning. Even worse if they had not done anything and he flew home the next day, he could've died due to the pressurized cabin.
Doesn't sound like Gronk's injury is as bad, but man how scary would that be if you got on a plane not knowing how bad it could be. Wish him a speedy recovery!
