I read earlier today that Dallas can clinch a playoff birth with a Tampa or Warshaton loss this weekend.

I've always pulled for DET on the side as I have some good friends from that area that live down here. It's nice to see them upbeat during the football season for once, so here's to hoping it continues! That being said, I've admittedly been extremely critical of Stafford over the years, but he has played well under Jim Bob Cooter.

Same here. I always to like see Detroit do well. They've had a much better season than I expected. Same with Miami! 6 wins in a row for them.

That MIA thing is unfathomable for me given their QB. It hurts even more as a NYJ fan given that I've hated MIA for far longer than NE.

As critical as I've been of the NFL this year and in recent years between Baddell's decisions, TERRIBLE officiating, fines/suspensions and such, it's kinda nice rooting for some different teams this year as the young guns grabs the reins and rise up and as the complexion of certain teams change from players on up to head coaches.

It'll be a good game, and I expect that it will be close. Dallas struggled against Minnesota, and we beat them twice, so there's room for optimism. If anything, Minnesota provided a blue print on how to slow them down.

I saw this moring on NFL Network that Gronk is getting surgery on his back in LA. Looks like he's out until next season.

I knew the Minny game was gonna be a tough one, all the crap calls didn't help either team.

Yep, compliments of the NYJ although you never wanna see a good player go down like that, rival or not. And yes, I fully expect it to fire them up and take them deep in the playoffs like we all expect anyway.

Gonna be nice to have a full compliment of games this Sunday...as much as I love the TG games, having 2 less games last Sunday kinda threw me off/sucked.

That's the beauty of football, at least IMO, once your team might be out of it, you always FF/pick 'em pools/survivor pools/bodog/etc to keep the action at a fever pitch.

I was just reading about that, and I'm still scratching my head.

Unless New Orleans wants an all out riot on their hands, local police better start releasing more detailed information.
