Our pass rush would be a lot better if Aldon Smith had beaten up his girlfriend instead of driving while intoxicated. Roger Goodell still didn't announce anything even tho ESPN and NFL Network said it would be today. Up to a 55 week suspension now. What a backwards commissioner

Considering his suspension was indefinite Goodell is under no timeline to make a decision. It was always 1 year minimum.

No but the NFLPA states that Goodell should give an answer either way within 60 days of the player applying for reinstatement. 60 days is today. Smith has certainly been a dumbass but why punish him more than players who beat their wives? Is this lessons learned from McClain and Gordon?
