So who wins MVP this year? Right now my top 5 are...

1. Brady
2. Carr
3. Elliott
4. Prescott
5. Ryan

I think if the vote were taken today Carr would edge out Brady with some voters penalizing Brady for missing 4 games due to suspension. Elliott and Prescott probably split votes being on the same team.

Apparently it was done before the season even started which plays into the favor of the LAR...rumor has it that there might be an escape clause that's used by the LAR as this season obviously didn't turn out the way they had hoped so better that the extension was in prior to the start of the season rather than in-season.

Stafford has pretty much been one of the MVP candidates all year. Record should not play a factor, either. Ryan is mentioned above and they're 7-5..

If there is an MVP in Dallas, it's the o-line. Both players would be good but not having the level of success they are having right now. Both of them can't win MVP and to pick 1 over the 1 seems impossible.

Ryan is playing in a top 3 offense, Stafford is not.

I went back and forth on Stafford and Ryan for the 5 spot. Stafford has had an impressive season. Weird how it happens right after Calvin Johnson retired.

Stafford has played better than ever, but still not Top 5 MVP. Of course these rankings are futile and pointless, but if it makes you feel better, I'd be willing to put Stafford in Top 10. Just not in front of Carr, Brady, Elliott, Prescott, Ryan, & Von Miller.
