Really hope the Raiders win next week.

Last thing I want is for the Texans to continue getting lucky and get to face the Carr-less Raiders in the playoffs.

I want the Texans to get embarrassed just like last year. Do it again, Chiefs.

Andy Reid is a top 5 coach, despite the grief I give him and his allergic reaction to franchise QBs. They'll smoke the Texans if they meet in the play-offs and that'll be all she wrote for the AFC South's season.

I'm starting to legitimately feel bad for Rex at his pressers. He looks and sounds so defeated. A shell of his former self.

Really tough break (no pun intended) for the Raiders. It's great that their playoff drought is over. But, they really needed Carr. Still, having the Raiders and the Dolphins in the playoffs again makes for an interesting AFC. I have the Patriots taking the Conference, and Brady getting his 5th ring.

People don't like Rodgers, because he's not a leader, he subtly blames others when things go awry and has his nose pointed straight up to Heaven. Brady? He's a leader, and a 4-time (soon to be 5) Super Bowl Champion with multiple offensive outfits. Big Ben? He doesn't throw his team mates under the bus, and has two rings. Brees? While I'm disappointed with the Saints in the last three seasons, Brees is the undisputed leader of the team.

I have a crazy feeling that the Cowboys will pull their starters early either tonight or next week... then Romo comes in and lights it up which prompts Jerry to demand Romo plays in the playoffs. Surely Jerry is smarter than this, but you never know with that man.

I'm personally not a fan of resting starters when you already have a bye. It doesn't seem to work well. Definitely did not work for the Titans in 08. If you play wildcard weekend and have your seed locked up (like the Steelers), I think it's a good idea.

In the case of the Cowboys, I wouldn't pull starters (unless some are fighting through injury) until halftime of the week 17 game.

I stated earlier in the week that I believe that the starters will play the entire game tonight lest a blowout happens then maybe 3 quarters & at least half of the Philly game next week. In regards to Zeke chasing down Eric's rushing record, guess will just have to see how productive he can be tonight. And no comment on Romo other than let's go J-E-T-S! [emoji14]

It's a double edged sword for Dallas. They want Romo to show the rest of the league he can still sling it, but they don't want to risk injuring him and blowing up his trade stock.
