I don't buy that Caldwell is on the "hot seat" after losing 6 games without Manning. Everyone knows that Manning makes that team. It's not a coaching issue. Not that I think it matters if they fire Caldwell. Everyone knows that Manning is the real coach of that team. I just don't think it would be a fair firing.

oh god. the ending to the NE / DAL feels like it will be like this...

Dallas wins and all week ESPN blabbers about how "great" Romo is and how this was a big step in the right direction and the defense is great and "maybe they are a Super Bowl team!!!!" and blah blah blah and New England can't just rely on Brady and the defense needs works and then...

Dallas goes like 9-7 or so and misses the playoffs while New England goes 12-4 or something standard like that and this whole week turns out to be pointless instead of New England just doing what they should be doing and hauling @ss.

*sigh*

Jason Campbell has broken collarbone

Quote:
The Raiders haven’t missed Jason Campbell much against the Browns, but they’d still like to have their starting quarterback as soon as possible.

It doesn’t sound like they are going to get him back any time soon, however. Word out of Oakland, via Mike Florio of PFT, is that Campbell suffered a broken collarbone in the first half against the Browns. If true, he’ll miss the rest of the season. The Raiders haven’t confirmed the report.

Good luck with that. You may be banging your head off of the wall each week with Boller as your starter.

New England is going to win most likely, wasn't expecting a win today anyway, will take a miracle by the defense. Wish the offense had done a bit better with their attempt to run out the clock.

28/50 is inaccurate. He was way off on quite a few passes and just didn't seem to be with it. It's okay, he's allowed to have an off game.

The Lions offense was not the issue, SF played a good game all around and they won.
19 points with that offense is subpar. Not being able to run the ball is an issue. And you have to admit the way they handled that last possession was a disgrace.

Quote:
Just let it be SF is a good team and today they just played better.
They are good and played better today. I never said otherwise.

And just as many people like you talk all week about how it doesn't matter in the slightest that Romo won this game, he's utter garbage, he can't win, etc. etc.

This goes both ways.

That sucks. The Raiders were finally looking like a potential playoff team. Good luck with Boller.

Im mad Dallas played that last drive like little *****es and tried to run down the clock instead of trying to drive down the field. Only right to have Brady drive down the field now for the touchdown.

You just knew the Cowboys would choke. How many turnovers did the Pats give them? And Romo was unable to capitalize. Choke!
