When he was coaching our team. The first word to always come out of his mouth was F***!!!!!

Back then when we had consecutive losing seasons, it was time for change. We had salary cap issues which led to his exit. Now it's been 15 years or so, I think the city of Jacksonville will welcome him back with open arms.

Our team is looking for an offensive minded coach this time and Coughlin was the only one we had (Mularkey doesn't count) and during his time here we were ranked #1 in offense back in 96 and 2 of the biggest playoff upsets in NFL history.

Need this win on Sunday. A bye week against a beat up team in the black hole is our best shot to make the Conference Title game.

This season is already way ahead of anyone's expectations for this squad so I'll take what i can get

I hope Coughlin lands in Jacksonville. They clearly need a culture change in the locker room. If Coughlin can't get more out of Bortles, then no one ever will.

TOTALLY OT, but my niece plays for the Maryland Terps and her big game against UCONN is on at 6PM tonight on ESPN2 if anyone's interested in women's basketball.

She's a freshman and therefore doesn't play all the much but kinda cool to see regardless. She's 6'5" and I am most assuredly not!

As of right now. Coughlin might not be our coach unless he has some control with the GM position which I was afraid was going to happen. David Caldwell is currently our GM and I don't think our owner Khan will get rid of Caldwell.

When Coughlin was our coach back then. He had control also as the GM. The Jaguars are not looking for a guy to be their HC/GM, not with this current new era of the Jaguars. A little disappointed, but I was hoping both sides could of met halfway, and with Caldwell as the current GM. It would be hard for Coughlin to come back to get the job as only HC knowing he wants to have some control at the front office.

Just disappointing about the current situation, but it might be time to move on. All I want is the team to win again. In my opinion, the only coach that I do not want is McDaniels for a few reasons and that main reason is experience, and winning as the head man. Khan and Caldwell are looking for an offensive minded guy, with lots of experience and one that has been a winner. Pretty anxious now on the outcome in the upcoming weeks for the future of my football team that I support no matter how bad it's become.

Is there even a franchise QB coming out of college this year? Looks like this is more of a line year then a QB/RB/WR year

I swear to God if TB12 wins the MVP over ARodg, Zeke (that hurts to say), or probably most deserving of all Matt Ryan, I'm going to flip my shizz!!! I mean he shouldn't have been suspended but he was! 4 fewer games is just too many for me to consider him for the MVP.

TB12 is deserving though, for what he has done in the number of games he has played.

Only other QB worth mentioning would be Ryan.

As for non-QB's, I would place both Johnson and Bell ahead of Zeke.
