Slightly OT, but kinda football-related-ish...we booked our annual "post-football season depression" trip the other night. Heading to Arizona at the end of February for 6 days or so, pretty stoked about it...never been there and with how crazy life is in general these days, looking forward to driving in the wide open spaces and beautiful scenery.

Flying into PHX, hopping in a rental car and immediately driving to Sedona, there 2 days, then driving further north to Flagstaff, there for 3 days then back down to Scottsdale for a night and then drive back to PHX and fly out of there. And obviously all the requisite stuff (Pink Jeep Tour, Grand Canyon, Painted Desert, Petrified Forest, etc.).

Yea Smith was playing fine and they would've still won the division, but go look at Kaep's performance in the playoffs... his game against the Packers was absolutely unreal. And he follows it up with another great performance against the Falcons.

Smith couldn't have done that.

And last night proved my point that Smith just isn't going to be good enough in big games. He had his shot when the Niners had the #1 defense. If you put a top 10 QB on the Chiefs, then they'd still be alive with an actual chance to go all the way.

My team didn't win but we played better than many thought we would play. If only we had some resemblance of an offense or had receivers that could catch when our not so good QB finally makes a good pass.

Thanks, that's great to hear! I've heard nothing but rave reviews about the area and in particular, Sedona. Yep, probably hit the GC via the Pink Jeep Tour package.
