Yup. I'm a fan of every Atlanta team. The only one that gives me pause is Atlanta United (MLS). It's a new team, and I've already accepted Sporting KC as my MLS team.... but I know one of the guys who runs the fan group in ATL and helped push to get a team in town.

Outside of soccer (men and women's), I'm all Atlanta in my fandom. Now, NHL has been written off until KC or Atlanta gets a team.

Yea, this team is getting a lot better and the city has grown a ton.

I'm not really a big fan of Nashville anymore. When I grew up here it was a small city and not that many people knew about it. I preferred it like that. Now the secret is out and everyone has moved here. Not a peaceful place to be anymore.

I'm finally getting outta here at the end of the month. Gonna miss going to every Titans game for sure, but I've made that an excuse to stay for too long, and I have to get out of here while I still can now that I'm single again.

So I guess I'm a bandwagon Cowboys fan then? You know because I was born & raised in North Texas.

Obviously any team with an established QB or a team that has recently invested in one with lots of potential does not need Smith. For all other teams, they'd be luring him to their team.

My friend is a Packers/Spurs/Cubs/Stars fan. So he's not the only Spurs/Packers fan!

Honestly, postpone it and watch the game live. Go for dinner the following week (Pro bowl).

My family is from Texas and Minnesota, I'm not a bandwagon fan either. Now that the initial shock of the disappointing loss is over, I'm ready to say how I felt about the season. Coming off 4-12, 13-3 was an absolute dream come true, especially with a rookie 4th round pick starting at QB. Not to mention a no-name defense that was horrifically exposed in the play-offs. Still disappointed they lost but proud of my team for over-achieving so much. That said, I'm pretty much done with Garrett, he's not a good enough coach to take them past the divisional round without a major infusion of talent on the defense and a lot of luck. Sad for Witten, 14 seasons, he deserves a lot more than he's gotten in Dallas so far.

Open letter to Tony Romo
Romo, I gave you a LOT of grief over the years but over time you became my favourite Cowboys QB of all-time. You were always striving to improve as much as you could. Your signature spin move and ridiculous schoolyard plays were so electrifying. You and Witten are definitely BFFs and even came into the NFL at almost exactly the same time. Hard to believe it's already been 14 seasons, I just hope you get to go to a good team. You will always be a Cowboy to me, thanks for the memories.

No can do. These reservations don't come easy, and I'm not going to get another one with barely 2 weeks notice. Best I'm probably going to do is to catch the 2nd half afterwards, maybe at ESPN zone at the Boardwalk.

It's not the first time I've made the sacrifice. I missed the 2005 AFC game vs the Steelers due to attending my sister's wedding.

No. I never suggested that. I said it's the case in most, not all cases. I never even said bandwagon fans that do exist are a bad thing. It happens in every sport. Fans tend to go for the historically successful franchises, especially if they're from places that don't have a pro team close to them.

Here's one map showing the most popular out of state team among residents of each state. Notice how the Cowboys have the largest footprint, stretching from California to Pennsylvania.

I can't believe we're that popular in so many states, seems like everywhere I go there's people who can't stand the Cowboys.

I hope he lands in a good situation where he can conceivably compete for a title. I still think Denver is the best landing spot for him with Arizona a close second.

Massachusetts: Broncos. hard to believe that one.

Well to be fair if a map of the most disliked team in each state exists I'm sure the Cowboys (along with Patriots) will also dominate that map.
