Compared to the three HCs you mentioned previously?

But I'll bite...he's in Year #3 and I see tons of red flags in anything from his demeanor, to his in-game decision making to his clock management (or lack thereof) to his handling of team issues. In short, no I'm not happy but you can't go around changing HCs every other year or no one else will want to come here. Sometimes you've got to see how things play out. That being said, I don't hold out much hope.

You would save more cap space by cutting Romo...and Dallas is gonna need all the cap space they can get. Just about the entire secondary is UFA. Then they will need to ask a few key guys to restructure or take an outright pay cut.
Then in two years Dallas could be in real pickle when Dak & Zeke will be requesting new contracts, right when the OL will be needing contract work.
