In my opinion Nolan is not an upgrade.
They need a head coach to make these players respond.
There is talent on that team but no leadership, not even from the beast.
If you ask me they need to get rid of the whole coaching staff and let the next coach bring their people and have full control, which includes that clown Steven Ross not making personnel decisions or what have you, just sign the checks.

Poor McNabb getting benched. It's not really his fault the team is awful, the O line and receivers other than Percy "injury report" Harvin suck. Same deal last year with Favre.

Come on now. Donovan is done as an effective NFL QB. It's not like he just started sucking this year. He was terrible last season too.

Yeah I say its time for McNabb to retire or ride the bench a few more years for a few more paychecks.

Only two people matter in football Tim Tebow and Colt McCoy

But seriously he's still got allot he needs to prove, but he's done a great job with what he's got to work with (he NEEDS WR's Robiskie= and also do a better job with some of the reads, because he doesn't have a Mallett arm so he needs to bumb up that completion %)

But they lost Steinbach and have two bums in Pinkston, Lauvao. Pashos is average at best but hurt.

He was at Texas, but now he's playing against angry men. He can't see over the lineman and has to roll out in order to have a clear passing lane to someone who is normally covered (our receivung corp is also sub-par). Let's recap, Beta, shall we:

1. O-Line-
2. QB-
3. Receiving corp-
4. Running backs-

Is it too late to hope for a 2-14 season and an outside shot at Andrew Luck?

The Browns have bigger problems than just Colt McCoy:

1. No one to throw to.
2. Won't pay their RB and now he's not trying.
3. Ravens and Steelers. (And somehow Bengals)

Well they have a good amount of draft picks this year (Thanks to ATL's 1st rounder which may be top 15) and a young team. Their best bet is to stockpile later draft picks in 2013-14 and hope for good years in 2015+. They are in one of the toughest divisions to be at the bottom looking up.

If it ever becomes an option for re-alignment the Browns need to support it big time. Or just move.

You say that like John Beck or Rex Grossman are even a little bit of an upgrade over Donovan McNabb.

Mike Freeman of CBS Sports said people close to Lions running back Jahvid Best are trying to get him to sit out the remainder of the season due to his concussion problems. From the link:

Quote:
3. People close to Detroit runner Jahvid Best are expressing concern to him that he needs to strongly consider sitting out the year, I'm told. Best suffered his second concussion of the season this past week. He was forced to miss the final four games of his college career due to concussion-like symptoms.

It's getting bad in MIA. Karlos Dansby was asked if he would sit out to increase their chances of getting Andrew Luck. To which he replied "Hell no".

I really think MIA NEEDS to trade for Tim Tebow. He may not win them games, but he will definitely sell out the stadium week after week and keep the fans happy a long time.

Can the Broncos front office trade Tebow without being destroyed by Tebow fans?
