I have a feeling this guy is another Matt Flynn. Just a scrub who only looked good in limited playing time for a really good offense. I'm not even sure he's better than RG3.

Palmer just had the worst season of his career so I wouldn't be the least bit surprised if he's going to announce his retirement soon. We'll see if he stays retired this time.

Yeah but if they decide to chase romo they could be strapped for cash or desperate enough to over pay for garoppolo. Still got one year on rookie cap hit would only be 1,000,000.

I would bet he packed up so fast because they wanted part of the signing bonus back and he was pissed.

I dunno, that'd be a LOT of $ tied up into the QB position. Not to mention the Cowboys get almost no cap relief if they trade Romo instead of releasing him. My guess is Palmer's getting ready to retire and the Cardinals are about to scramble to find a new QB.

Whoa, the Palmer news is surprising. I don't see Romo going to AZ, I mean it'd be a good fit for them because they have a decent team to put around him but I still think he's going to the AFC. Either Houston or Denver. I wonder if Palmer retiring would mean anything for Fitzgerald's return.
