Not liking a guy is one thing. Boycotting watching the NFL is an entirely different thing.

I agree with you there. No one stopped watching football but think kapernick is a POS.

Being a Niners fan, I didn't watch them play at all after that incident. Still watched football. Just not the Niners.

I agree totally if anything they watched more when he got hit. That kiko hit was talked about all day Monday. I think viewership dropped do a combination of things cutting the cord, poor play and lack of record breaking moments. I mean in the last few years Calvin, Peterson and Peyton had some crazy seasons.

Cutting the cord was 5% of the drop, 16% was the election coverage, 20% was slowness of the game, 22% was the domestic violence stuff

I want to know where ppl rank in the fact that most of the games that were supposed to be epic great games just sucked ass last year. Lets face it the NFL was a bore last year and when you combine that with all the damn fanduel ads, domestic violence stuff plus the focus on the protests the NFL blew

I believe with Taiwan Jones' release this makes Sebastian Janikowski the final Al Davis Raider. The Last of the Mohicans! How fitting too. A very Al Davis choice in all regards.

The 16 season lacked compelling football stories outside of Romo and the Cowboys rookies.

Patriots need to slip, that particular storyline is beyond tired at this point.

It's probably the main reason for the flagging ratings. Most fans outside the New England area are probably tired of seeing the Patriots win it all so frequently.

How bout the garbage play of the rest of the league. There is only maybe 8 good teams in the NFL. Plus that bowl was amazing.

Sorry I knew I was forgetting an AFC team. Falcons, Cowboys and Packers in the NFC. Patriots, Raiders and Steelers in the NFC. Wow...I have no words.

Chiefs and Seahawks. Not to mention a few fringe teams. How do you have the cowboys over the Seahawks they are only 45-18-1 over the last 4 years with a playoff record of 7-3 with two Super Bowl appearances and 1 win.

That defense is showing cracks, Lynch is gone and I've never considered Wilson to be more than a bus driver. Oh and Chiefs still have no quarterback.

Doesn't mean they don't have good teams. I would put the panthers over the falcons they won the division 3 years in a row, last year was the falcons first winning season in 4 years.
