The alternative is they put the game at 1:00 ET opposite 8 other games and hardly anyone can (or would want to) watch the game. It's still on local TV in the Baltimore and Jacksonville markets so those fans can still watch the game on TV, and it's available to anyone with fast enough internet in the country rather than just to people with Sunday Ticket.

Sunday Ticket won't carry Sunday's London game. It's part of the exclusions in the Sunday Ticket terms of service.

Sunday's game will be the only international game that isn't on TV. Next Sunday's Saints-Dolphins London game will be another 9:30 AM ET game available nationally on Fox. The October 22 Cardinals-Rams game is a 1:00 ET game and will be a regular Fox game. The October 29 Browns-Vikings London game is at 9:30 AM ET and will be on NFL Network nationally. The November 19 Patriots-Raiders Mexico City game (assuming it stays in Mexico City) is a 4:25 game on CBS.

Hoyer shows flashes of competency but it mediocre and serviceable at best. Thankfully Garcon has really stepped up, Hyde is great when he's not getting injured and the rookie WR Taylor is looking good on the offensive side of things. I don't know what next years QB draft class looks like but at the moment all signs still point to Cousins. Shanahan wants someone he has worked and is comfortable with. Lynch and Shanahan are in this for the long haul but don't necessarily have to take a long development route for a your QB if they don't have to. I am the first to say if my team stinks but I am optimistic especially after the last two years of misery under Tomsula and Kelly. But the huge thing is that Baalke is gone and York is taking a hands off approach so far. I don't think anyone was expecting a quick turnaround but at least want to see signs of life and competitive games, which so far they are especially compared to the last two years. |

I don't get the 49er bashing. They are in much better shape than teams like the Jets and Colts. They are young, they showed last night they have about 35 new players on the rosters with a new Head Coach and GM in year one. They are just getting started and they are better off continuing to lose this year to get a high pick and a QB.
