Peyton Manning is reportedly considering running for a vacant U.S. Senate seat in Tennessee. He's a Republican and seems to still be popular in that state. Though I'm sure any opponent would use the numerous sexual abuse allegations dating back to his UT days if he ran for office.

You're always going to have racism, from any race. You won't be able to change everyone's mindsets, unfortunately.

However, the protest was to bring light to 'systematic racism' and/or police brutality. Neither of which I agree with - yes, there are some cases of police abusing their power, but I don't think it's systematic nor large enough to warrant such protests. There are plenty of other problems that they have control over and refuse to change.
