I like the idea of two prime time games. There was a Raiders/Chargers game that started really late a few years ago. That was fun. It was either Sunday or Monday. Started at 11:30pm EST

Sure they possess skill.
Didn’t care for ones off field police video and the other developed a shoulder injury after Rodgers goes down, but is all of sudden good to go for New England?

Well nothing in that video that discredits anything Michael Bennett said and how exactly do you fake a torn labrum and rotator cuff? It’s no different than when a team decides to shut you down when your playing for nothing. He chose not to play through an injury for a losing team but a contender is a different story.

The guy ran from police when they were tracking a suspect. Then proceeded to blame the police in a winded manifesto. Newsflash for Mr. Bennett, innocent people don’t run from the police. They listen to them, for their own safety, and the safety of others.

Why doesn’t he go under the knife that he so implicitly demanded happen while he was in Green Bay? Is his shoulder magically healed now in New England?
Meanwhile other GB players, to include Aaron Rodgers, profess support and trust for this doctor.
So which is it? Bennett is right and the world is out to get him(both actually but the LV Police Dept already discredited the other Bennett’s claims), or everyone else is right.
Why is it all these things always seem to happen to the poor Bennett brothers? Do they just have the absolute worst luck in the world? Or is it a case where there’s smoke, there’s probably fire?
When I think “Model Citizen”, neither of the Bennett brothers immediately spring to mind.

Well micheal Bennett was running because some was shooting in casino he was at. Last time I checked police don’t run down people who are running for safety. Pretty convenient that the arresting officers video was down ask officers how often that happens. As for Marty B like I said it’s no difference when they shut down a player when they are playing for nothing. The packers are playing for nothing without Rodgers they are garbage he made a choice that he would rather have surgery then play for a losing team. Now he is on a winning team and would play through it for a chance for another ring. What claims did they discredit of Bennett claims he said he was racially profiled and the officer told him if he moved that he would blow his brains out. Niether of those were discredited from that video. As for Green Bay’s doctor he most be great it’s not like we see a crazy amount of injuries coming of Green Bay.

The police investigated Bennett’s claims of excessive force and found none. This included interviewing witnesses at the scene and even the video itself showed nothing. Bennett just being Bennett maybe? Either way the issue dropped faster than a lead balloon. So we can add that to the world against Bennett list, I suppose.
So once the team is supposedly done Bennett jumps ship? Much like he did in Dallas? Threw shade at Jason Witten? Claimed the only true teams he played for were Giants and New England. What a wonderful team player. Can’t wait to rush out and get his jersey! So now this would be the second team/organization he’s thrown under the bus. But sure, it’s never Bennett...it’s everyone else. Ya see a pattern here? I do. Which is why I don’t care much for either of them.
Off the field, if they give to charities...great! More power to them. Doesn’t change my opinion of them on the field. Or how they conduct themselves outside their charities.
Clearly you like them, which is your choice. Just like it’s my choice to not care for them. I’m not here to change your opinion, I couldnt care less. Just like you won’t change my opinion. Only the Bennett brother can do that, but I doubt that will happen any time soon.

The video is missing a ton of footage and has it been dropped I’m not sure Bennett has said he was done either way. Second they never said that the arresting officer didn’t say he was gonna blow off Bennett head. As for Marty B he goes to different teams and blames coaches for things last time I checked everyone in here does the same thing week in and week out. We blame QBs and coaches and other players so what can’t Marty. Not sure how he threw them under the bus they fired him and are trying to reclaim 4.2 million of his money I guess he should bend over and take it? On the field they are good players, who work very hard. Even outside charities Micheal bennet has had one thing happen to him in his entire career so not sure how that makes him a bad guy. They are brothers, they love each other...greeeeat! Still doesn’t change my opinion of them. I’ve listed quite a few things that lead me to that opinion. All of which are very reasonable.

Kind of hard to show proof when the arresting officer is incompetent/hiding something and “forgets” to turn on his video cam. Every other officer had theirs on and recording. You’re entitled your opinion just like you said earlier to me I listed why I don’t have a problem with them and you list your grievances I guess agree to disagree. Have a good one.

Yep! We will just have to see how the Bennett Borthers story concludes. Should be interesting.
