Doctson ain't living up to first-round-pick expectations, and Crowder can't be relied upon as a #1 option. I like Pryor as a guy but he was clearly not worth the money. They should've kept Garcon but Jackson was expensive and his health was inconsistent so letting him walk wasn't really a huge deal IMHO.

Do you actually think about some of the things you post in here in regards to Dallas. You have stated that you're a Dallas fan but your posts would say you are confused. We had Chik-Fil-A a couple of days ago! They are so plentiful here in Texas. There is only 3 for all of San Diego. LoL

Looks like he's worth closer to about $8-9 million a year than $14 million. However I think there's maybe 2-3 WRs in the entire league worth middle of the pack QB $. Gotta invest more in the defense, here come contracts for Tank and Irving. Plus Martin's gotta get paid, he is one of the cornerstones of this franchise and will be for a long time to come. I still like Dak quite a bit, the fans last night that were clamoring for Cooper Rush to go in must be on...something? Dunno but I'm not ready for #4 to not be starting for this team, he needs to play a bit better though.

I don’t know about that lots of teams don’t even have running backs and still play great. Plus Alford Morris is no slouch. I think dak is playing bad football even last night he wasn’t lighting it up. I would definitely wait for a contract extension because right now Dak doesn’t look like the future.

Dude he hit a slump, it happens. I expect him to grow out of it and get back to form when Zeke returns. Plus the OL is a bit banged up. You expect a 4th round pick to be a polished product this early in his career? Remind me, what was Tommy doing during his sophomore season?

I said "almost" mainly to account for Brady and Rodgers lol

Dak might not be a future HOFer but he's a good, solid QB. At the very least he's another Romo, the guy to lead the team and keep them afloat if the right pieces are around him. Throwing him under the bus as a scapegoat for other deficiencies on the team isn't the way to go.

You think that's bad, you should see the garbage they're spewing on the official Cowboys forum. Sometimes it gets so bad I pretty much refuse to frequent it and I've been a mod there for 11 years. I just don't understand why fans rip Dak so much. He's the least of our problems this year, even with the (by his standards) subpar play. I actually hope the Cowboys try to re-sign Alf as insurance in case Zeke acts up again, I think the next suspension will be 10 games at least.

I like Morris, in fact I wanted us to pick him up when he left Washington. But he's not one to change a game the way Zeke does. But yeah, y'all got a problem on your hands with Zeke's discipline issues. I hope he shapes up but there needs to be some kind of contingency in place in case he, well, doesn't.

I’m not saying that I just wanted to him adjust better. But definitely the D is the number one problem for Dallas right now. I think most people are on his case because they wanted to see the wentz jump in dak and he hasn’t done it.

Morris is a power back that can't catch and doesn't pass-block very well. Why I'm surprised they kept him over Run DMC, a far more versatile back. However, we need help at WR, TE, OL and everywhere on defense. So...best not to allocate major resources at RB.
