Well shit, didn't see Gruden to the Raiders actually happening. It's been almost a decade of rumored jobs with the guy turning every one down I never saw it happening. Raiders must have backed up the Brinks truck.

They did, they made him the highest paid coach in the NFL and gave him an ownership stake in the team.

It’s not about race, it’s quality of work. You’re interviewing others just because of a skin color when some teams know who they may want already. It’s stupid.
