Bill Belichick has been a sore loser too, I think he is a little better now, but sometimes when they lost he used to pull the old "I'm outta here" as well, or offered the weakest handshake you'll ever see to the rival coach.

NFL = Not For Long.
Players, coaches and teams can flip flop in the blink of an eye. Not saying that would happen with Fisher, but it certainly could. He turns 60 next week, so I’m guessing his head coaching days are probably behind him.

Jeff Fisher is one of the worst coaches of all time. This year proved that. He deserved to go down with the most losses in history. Truly too bad they spared him from that embarrassment.

He’s a bum. No one will ever bring him back. He wants back because he was trying to take credit for leaving the Rams in great shape. Hilarious. Goff, Keenum, Foles, Blount, etc are all prime examples of why Fisher sucks. His development is trash. He makes constant horrible decisions.

Titans = potential dynasty from 99-03 with a competent coach with balls. That dude straight up wasted some great teams.

I seriously thought the 2000 Titans would win it all. They were playing winning football. But then the Ravens bullied them (and everyone else) in the playoffs.

Yep. That was such an incredible rivalry. We were actually statistically better than the 2000 Ravens defense, but they stole our glory. Jeff Fisher let them. I’ll never forget when the murderer just took the ball right out of Eddie’s hands and took it for a TD. Absolutely crushing.

Ravens are my most hated team for that game in January 2001. And again in January 2009. I was at both games, and those were hands down the most heartbreaking games I’ve ever witnessed... alongside the Super Bowl. But the losses to the Ravens were somehow worse... to me, at least.

Dominated both of those games against the Ravens, but we beat ourselves... Classic Fisherball.

If you look at our teams and how much talent there was on 1999 (13-3), 2000 (13-3), 2002 (11-5), 2003 (12-4), 2008 (13-3), there’s no doubt we would’ve won multiple Super Bowls.

Jets will 'pay whatever it takes' for Cousins
ESPN's Rich Cimini reports the Jets are "willing to pay whatever it takes" to land Kirk Cousins.

MMQB's Peter King "guesses" Cousins will end up in Denver, but the Jets are certainly going to make a strong run at him. Working against the Jets is Cousins' reported desire to play for a team "with a good defense" and where "he can win," but New York can point to their surprising success last year as evidence they are headed in the right direction. The Jets are projected to have over $70 million in cap space and can easily create more.

That's some nerve. He wants custody of his child who he tried to murder in the mother's womb. This bastard is lucky he only had to serve 17 years for cold blooded murder.

I'm wondering why one would even need "custody" of an 18 year old. I'm almost certain 18 is adulthood in every state.

Rae Carruth apologizes for death of pregnant girlfriend, seeks custody of 18-year-old son

Former Carolina Panthers wide receiver Rae Carruth, who has spent the past 17 years in a North Carolina prison for conspiracy to murder his pregnant girlfriend, opened up for the first time in a handwritten letter to the victim's mother.

Carruth wrote a 15-page letter to Saundra Adams, the mother of Cherica Adams, that was sent to Charlotte television station WBTV. He also spoke at length by phone with the station about the letter, accepting responsibility for the 1999 conspiracy to murder Cherica Adams and expressing interest in gaining custody of their son.

"I'm apologizing for the loss of her daughter. I'm apologizing for the impairment of my son," Carruth told WBTV. "I feel responsible for everything that happened. And I just want her to know that truly I am sorry for everything."

Carruth is scheduled to be released from Sampson Correctional Institution in Clinton, North Carolina, on Oct. 22. He was sentenced to 18 to 24 years in 2001 after being found guilty of hiring Van Brett Watkins and Michael Kennedy to murder Adams. Watkins, who shot Adams multiple times, was sentenced to a minimum of 40 years. Kennedy, who drove the car, was released in 2011.

Saundra Adams told the Observer on Monday that she would not relinquish custody of Chancellor to Carruth.

Hah! The Eagles are looking to trademark The Philly Special. Perhaps, one of the greatest plays in Super Bowl history.

Buccaneers released Doug Martin. Not a surprise, he was due $6.75 million and has been a non-factor the last 2 seasons.

Per Rotoworld.com, Jarvis Landry has been franchise tagged.

The 18-year-old suffers from severe brain damage and cerebral palsy.

Carruth and/or the media are using the incorrect legal term. What he would be seeking is legal guardianship, not custody.

Legal guardianship over an adult who cannot make proper decisions on his own, or independently care for himself, permits the guardian to make legal, medical, and financial decisions for disabled adult.

I wonder if there is a trust fund for the kid (from a wrongful death lawsuit related to the mother) and Carruth is seeking guardianship in order to gain access to the trust fund.

To be clear, he's seeking guardianship after the grandmother passes.

And the grandmother is adamant that the child is never under Rae's custody. Who thinks he should ever be allowed to have custody of the son he tried to murder.

Absolutely. Just pointing out that he's not trying to get out of prison and immediately take the kid away to get access to money.
