Adam Schefter confirmed it to me personally. Lions trade their 20th pick and Jake Rudock to Cleveland for the 1st and 4th picks. With those picks, the Lions take Barkley and Chubb.

Oh I'm not judging him, just saying he's not a starter by any stretch of the imagination but some team will need a halfway decent backup.

Tuesday numerous places started to report that Mayfield was definitely in play for the #1 pick. Up until that point most people thought it was Darnold or Allen.
