I know but when I pay a guy $30 million a season and he's 7-0, I expect a better performance than that. Especially with all the trash talk I've heard from 9ers fans this off-season. Franchise QBs show up in tough games. Ask Brees, A-Rod, Brady, etc. Why you don't crown guys after 7 starts.

Isn't he a 4th year veteran? Isn't he supposed to be the next Tony Romo? I seem to remember Romo playing a lot better than this in his first start against the vaunted Panthers' defense in 2006.
