He'll look VERY good in a Skins uni

Especially after that damn colts owner came out and said he talked to Manning about taking the QB he wants if he's there

My buddy had an idea last night….the packers trade flynn and finnley and have 3 1st rounders in next years draft!!!

Flynn will most likely sign somewhere else after this year….i wish the packers could trade him now and get something for him.

Finnley will be franchised next year and I’m assuming Rodgers is going to go to bat for him to get a contract. Apparently, Finnley has said he wants to be a Packer for life. I’m assuming Thompson will franchise him next year, see what he can do in 2 full seasons and work on a contract then.

Now that I’m @ work and can think about the game……here are my thoughts on the season so far.

1: Rodgers is hands down the MVP if he keeps going @ this pace. Records I could care less about, and I get the feeling Rodgers feels the same way.

2: Starks is going to have to step up huge w/the crappy weather coming.

3: Our defense FINALLY decided to show up last night…..if they can play some consistent ball, that team is going to get even scarier!!!

4: I hope they lose somewhere along the lines here….not to a division opponent, but somewhere. They obviously have flaws they need to work on….off. line and def. specifically, but this team is not invincible. McCarthy is a good coach and will remind them of that.

Bring on the Bucs!!!

Are you crazy Wolvie?

I think the Jags are going to win in a very low scoring game. I believe Beta Man is going and I'm go to laugh when they lose!

It's the weekly toilet bowl but I think Cleveland will take it, Jacksonville is just not very good and you just lost your best defensive player to a torn knee. I'll say 10-9.

I saw that, probably the main reason the game wasn't closer, I guess they really weren't afraid of Ponder beating them with his arm.

It looks like a bad choice now but when the schedule was made it looked pretty appealing with the defending AFC West champion against the defending AFC East champion and the return of Matt Cassel (and defensive coordinator Romeo Crennel) to New England.

This will likely be New England's final prime time game of the season. They've already been taken out of prime time for week 13 and their games against the Eagles and Redskins are protected and can't be flexed. It's possible that their week 15 game against the Broncos could be flexed if Denver is still in the division race but I don't think they will keep winning and NBC already has a pretty appealing game that week with Baltimore and San Diego. I suppose week 17 against Buffalo could be flexed as well but I don't see the game having playoff implications unless the Bills start playing well again.

On ESPN2 FT, they debated on if the Texans should call QB Brett Favre to join the team since there QB is out for the year. Skip Bayless (as normal since he's a Favre fan) said it's a no brainer the Texans should.

If David Garrard is healthy now that would be the route I would go, since he wouldn't need to do more than drive the bus.'

Aaron Rodgers is pretty much the QB Brett Favre should've been, get a lot of weird looks when I tell people he's the best QB of all-time already.

Vikings CB Antoine Winfield (broken clavicle) is expected to miss the rest of the season.
Winfield is among the most physical corners in the game, but that bruising style also makes him susceptible to injury. When this season is over, he will have missed at least six games in three of the past five years. The Vikings' pass defense, which currently ranks 30th in the league, has no prayer of improvement with Cedric Griffin and Asher Allen as the likely starting corners. Winfield, 34, is under contract through 2013.

Brett is old and busted, there would be no point throwing into that offense now.

Last I read Garrard needed back surgery.

I know it sounds sad, but they really need to go with Leinart, and hope he can manage well. The Texans have 2 great RB's and enough veteran pass catchers to keep the game plan simple enough for him to win a few games and make it into the playoffs. Their division is doing really bad this year (Indy out, Jags pretty much out, Titans only chance is CJ2K getting back to form) so I see 9-7 making it from AFC South.

The worst part about that is Matt isn't even that much worse than Alex Smith, another over-rated QB that will probably be gone from San Francisco after this year unless they make noise in the play-offs. 11 touchdown passes in 9 games, that's just sad.

Even with Leinart I see the Texans doing better than 9-7. They are already 7-3 and their remaining games are at Jacksonville, Atlanta, at Cincy, Carolina, at Indy, and Tennessee. I can't see them going worse than 3-3 in that stretch and as long as Leinart plays even decent I wouldn't be surprised by 4-2 or 5-1.

He’s def. a better player than Favre was…..granted Favre has all of the records but he also played a long time.

Rodgers I can see putting up some huge #’s in his career, winning another Super Bowl or 2, and calling it quits and being a man about it unlike Favre.

For anyone that wants to laugh their asses off….i can’t post the links from here @ work….but you tube the following:

Bret Favre What Should I Do?

Chris Berman Rant or Chrs Berman blow up

Freakin’ hilarious!!!

“My Peyton Man-thing?”
