In Lue of His Games Played. He didnt play but 3 Games last season, adn he's played i think 5 games this season? 8 Total games. He probably never was with 1st team in practices befor as much as now. Im pretty sure preseason they didnt do too much with him as far a sgameplan to his strengths. He still playing his first ever games on the field.

True his mechanics arent great, neither is Phillip Rivers. Phillip Rivers is proven as a Decent QB though. That is like 8 Years deep in his career.

Trust me LOL, I feel like Tebow has alot fo work to do to better his game and i don't think he can maintain this same playing style forever.

What i am saying is that His Clutch, molded in with his Work Ethic may be able to help with his Play, especially when in the offseason all he will probably do is work on his arm.
You need Tebow to work with someone like John Elway in the off-season on his mechanics, you also need coaches that can help him. Fox isn't exactly the kind of coach that will coach up a QB, I still think Tebow is unfixable, the guy has never been accurate.

Give him a Year and fully put all your chips in on him and see what you produce. if after 2 years he's nothing then move on.

He's still technically a rookie
Like I said I'll wait to make a full judgement on him until after he really gets a chance. He may never fix his throwing abilities and will burn out and be gone in 3 years, but if anyone's got the heart to fix it, its him and that's why I root for guys like him to get a shot.

That is a very telling stat and people can try and spin it however they want

Stevie Johnson (shoulder) and David Nelson (ankle, illness) are both listed as questionable to play in Week 11.
It's a concern for slumping Bills quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick. While Johnson and Nelson are tentatively expected to play, both threaten to be at less than 100 percent. Johnson is No. 1 on the Bills in targets this season, and Nelson is No. 2. Assuming Buffalo can keep Sunday's game close -- and they should be able to against the Dolphins -- expect a heavy dose of Fred Jackson.

Tebow will succeed because he has all the intangibles and he has magic.

He wasn't born with the ability to play great option football, he learned it through hard work and he can do the same to become a better NFL QB.

Tebow will win the division

Another victim of the long-running EPIC FAIL American "war on drugs." Six years for (glorified cough syrup) codeine. What a joke. Good thing this codeine abuser is off the streets... now we can all sleep better tonight.

What did Stallworth get, like 30 days for what was vehicular homicide?

http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/72...6-years-prison

Quote:
Johnny Jolly gets six-year prison term

Suspended Green Bay Packers defensive lineman Johnny Jolly was sentenced to six years in prison Thursday for violating the terms of his probation for a drug conviction.

State District Judge Denise Bradley imposed the sentence despite tearful pleas from Jolly and his mother, Phyllis Jolly, to allow the 6-foot-3, 325-pound lineman to be treated for his addiction to codeine instead of going to prison. Jolly's aunt, agent and drug counselor also testified on his behalf.

Jolly, 28, was charged with possession of a compound containing codeine, a controlled substance, after a traffic stop in Houston in October. He also was charged with tampering with evidence for attempting to conceal the substance from the investigating officers.

Jolly's truck was pulled over after he was seen throwing a bag out the window. The bag wasn't recovered, but Jolly was seen dumping a cup believed to contain codeine on the floor. Two bottles believed to contain codeine were recovered from the vehicle.

The arrest put Jolly in jeopardy of receiving prison time because in April he had pleaded guilty to a codeine possession charge in a deal that wiped out an earlier charge and spared him from prison unless he stumbled again.

After the hearing, Jolly's attorney, Letitia Quinones, told The Associated Press that the player spent eight weeks in court-ordered rehab after his second arrest, but has only recently faced up to his codeine addiction.

"I don't look at Johnny as a criminal," Quinones said. "I look at him as an addict."

Jolly, who grew up in Houston, was a sixth-round draft pick of the Packers in 2006 after playing at Texas A&M. He was a starter for the Packers in 2008 and 2009. However, he sat out the 2010 season after being suspended by the NFL indefinitely the previous July.

For all the talk of "Tebow magic" the guy people should be talking about is Von Miller, by far the best NFL rookie and probably already Denver's best player.

Kyle Orton 1-4
Tim Tebow 4-1 and he almost dug them out of a hole Kyle Orton made in the Chargers game

I think clutch needs to be properly defined. Yes Tebow seemingly is clutch out of nowhere when he Gators up, but clutch extends beyond that.

Clutch should include along with four quarter comebacks:

- The ability to take control of the game
- Third down conversions
- Capitalizing off opponents mistakes

Broncos never took control of the game. Aside from the final drive Tebow's third down clutchness was non existent and great field position resulted in next to nothing.

Yeah, Miller has been an absolute stud and has helped transform Denver's terrible defense into a respectable unit. He's got Defensive Rookie of the Year in the bag and should make the Pro Bowl.

Well what 4 positions do you need to be good at to win in the NFL?
QB
LT
Stud pass rusher
Shutdown corner
Miller was the #2 overall pick and it definitely looks like he was worth it, wish we could've gotten him, even if Tyron Smith is playing exceptionally well.

Fox is not the type of innovative coach who can fully exploit Tebow's talent. He's basically the best fullback ever to play quarterback. Tebow needs a reliable possession receiver and TE, but the Broncos are cripples on offense without a healthy running back.

So a player is less clutch if they're always blowing out the other team. You hear that folks, Rodgers isn't clutch at all

Fourth quarter comebacks is the most overrated stat in football.

Quote:
IRVING, Texas – Give Rob Ryan credit for avoiding any inflammatory statements the teams on the Dallas Cowboys’ schedule. That could be considered progress.

But if the Denver and Dallas somehow advance to the Super Bowl, Ryan has provided plenty of material for the Broncos’ bulletin board.

Ryan watched the Broncos’ 17-13 win over the New York Jets on Thursday night. He didn’t enjoy the game, and not just because his twin brother Rex was the losing head coach. It pains Ryan to watch polarizing quarterback Tim Tebow run (and run and run some more) an unconventional offense.

“It made me, uh, throw up,” Ryan said, pausing mid-sentence to make a vomiting motion. “That stuff comes into play. You get that crap. I don’t like it because it’s college football. The things you see a lot of spread. We’re getting a lot of two tight ends blocking for empty sets.

“Who would have ever thought that? This is the NFL. Those teams don’t win.”

Well, actually, that team won Thursday night. The Broncos, who are 4-1 with passing-challenged Tebow as the starter this season, finished with only 229 total yards. However, 95 of those came on the game-winning drive, which Tebow capped with a 20-yard touchdown run.

“That team did win last night, but it was horse----, and thanks for pointing that out,” Ryan replied when reminded that the Broncos were victorious. “The guy made a hell of a play, though, didn’t he?

“Just a second, I’ll take a knee myself.”

Yes, that was Ryan joking about “Tebowing,” the devoutly religious quarterback’s prayerful pose that has replaced planking as the nation’s new fad.

But Ryan, whose comments about the “all-hype” Philadelphia Eagles and the Cowboys having two receivers better than Detroit’s Calvin Johnson received a lot of attention this season, was completely serious on the subject of the Broncos’ butt-ugly offense.

“They’re back there getting the hell beat out of them the whole game,” Ryan said when asked why he considered the Denver offense to be horse excrement. “It’s unfortunate the kid threw the interception for the TD or I really think that game is going to go a different way.

“But I don’t care about that game. I only care about us. I don’t like to see my brother hurt after a game, that sucked, but that’s the way it is.”

So what are you going to do Wolvie if Rob Ryan becomes a head coach elsewhere next season? Say at Philly?

i think u can only be called "clutch" if u have to come from behind to win a couple times a year.

when u do it on a weekly basis, u're lucky.

and Rodgers is surgical b/c of the way he carves up defenses.

Right now we're just enjoying the ride and trying not to focus on that. He still has things to fix, like getting our run D back on track and making our pass rush more consistent. That said he has us playing like a respectable defense most of the time, which is a huge step up from possibly the worst defense in the league last year. Made even more impressive when you consider the only "major" personnel change this year is a new FS in Abram Elam, as Alan Ball has moved back to corner.

I wouldn't say that. But in the end 4th quarter comebacks ARE very overrated. All it means is the QB in question wasn't good enough early in the game to give his team a lead. If Tebow did anything at all in the first 50 minutes of last night's game Denver would have been leading by a few TD's.

Yup while Roger was arguably one of the greatest QBs of all-time, see 5 SB appearances and 2 SB rings, he was called Captain Comeback for a reason. Dude had to bring us back many many times, probably in part because of all the interceptions he threw over the years.
