Not me, especially since Earl is asking for $15 million a year and I doubt Tank or Dak's contracts will be done before Friday. Hearing $30 million a year for Dak, which is a mistake but not my call.

Sucks for the Patriots to lose Flowers but I expected it. Flowers has been good but I didn't see them paying $17 million per year for him, especially when he'll fetch them a 3rd round compensatory pick next year. Hopefully they can get Justin Houston (who wouldn't affect the compensatory formula) to bolster their pass rush.

As NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reported, the deal makes the ex-Patriots castoff the highest-paid nickel cornerback in the league. Coleman is reuniting with ex-Pats DC Matt Patricia after a productive two-year sojourn in Seattle. The deal certainly feels like an overpay. Rather than give a slot corner $36 million, Patricia's mentor Bill Belichick would simply groom a new one. Regardless, it fills a need on a Lions defense that wasn't good enough in 2018. Coleman is replacing Nevin Lawson, who was cut on Tuesday.

Most of these guys are still younger and have plenty ahead. Certainly the case for Flowers and Coleman.

I was just thinking that Niners need an upgrade at WR since Goodwin is a question mark, missing out on AB, Garcon being let go. Need someone for Jimmy G to target to balance out the attention Kittle draws. Also hopefully McKinnon being back will help too.

No I wont man you dont get it for the most part Patriots talent only works in the Patriots system. Go look at every high profile talent let go from the Pats for the past 15 years. ALL of them were busts but 1.
