I was around for 39, and when we kept making NFC title games and falling short. I dunno, I just never thought we'd get over the hump. Maybe get back to the SB, but never actually win it.

Never been so happy to be wrong.

I know exactly what it is, I just handle things differently and try to practice a little humility is all.

It does seem like there's a growing belief that the Cardinals aren't going to draft Kyler Murray. More reporters are coming out and saying they've been told Murray isn't the pick, but at the same time you've got Mel Kiper saying he's 99.9% sure the Cardinals will take Murray. The fact that Rosen hasn't been traded yet may indicate they aren't 100% sold on Murray yet because it makes little sense to keep Rosen if they take Murray #1 and they should want to get assets for Rosen now rather than 2020 draft picks. I still think Murray is the pick but it doesn't seem like the slam dunk it seemed to be a week ago.

Sure it’s voluntary, I get that. But after what he pulled last season, he should’ve been the first person there.

Only way I could buy this is if Murray was a top cant miss QB talent like Manning was coming out of Tennessee. But that clearly is not the case here imo.
