I always saw McNabb as a borderline case, certainly not a first-ballot but someone who could sneak in down the line if the planets all aligned properly. That said, his recent controversy and not winning any rings probably mean it'll never happen. I do think/hope Andy Reid will make the HoF, but I dunno if he'd be a first-ballot, either.

Jags to sign Terrelle Pryor. That news doesn’t shock me, but the fact that he’s 30 does!!
I remember when he was the top High School prospect playing for Jeannette, when visiting my wife’s family.
Dude was all world in every sport. Damn I’m old!

I watched Warner's career closely because I'm from the same area as him and the Rams absolutely made the right call moving on from Warner. Warner was mediocre when healthy in 2002 and Marc Bulger was one of the best QBs in the league in 2003 after he replaced an injured Warner. Everyone rightfully assumed Warner was done as an effective QB and it wouldn't be until 2008 that Warner had another good season.
