Yeah cuz I disagree with your takes regarding the team I've rooted for/followed closely for ~ 40 years. I mean, it's an NFL discussion forum after all, but all good.

Nothing wrong with disagreeing, but to say someone is trolling you becasue you don’t agree with them, is lame.

You seem to disparage most if not all of what the Jets do, so after a while it gets stale/tiresome and I call you on it when I disagree. Again, all good. If you think I'm lame, so be it...I've been called far worse.

Some teams have a history of poor decisions. The Browns are the first team that come to mind, but the jets are up there too and I guess for about the last 20 years my Dolphins as well. It is what it is.

I still enjoyed games. Breaking out the wildcat on belichick was sweet, as was the lateral play at the end of regulation last season. I loved watching Ricky Williams, Jason Taylor, and Cameron Wake. Would be nice to see someone take over and build a team that knew what they were doing. Until then, I’ll just keep on keeping on.

If a team's around long enough, it's bound to happen, franchises ebb and flow. I mean, the Pats used to be the perennial doormat of the AFCE back in the late 70's/early 80's and look what happened with them.

Exactly.
My point of lowballing Douglas was a decision made by a franchise that has exercised extremely bad decision making for a long time, when the narrative going into this season was the Jets were going to turn it around. Outward appearances don’t look like they are turning it around when they lowball a coveted GM.

Malcolm Jenkins is reporting to camp and is apparently in good spirits about the team and the upcoming season.

Crisis seems to have been averted, thankfully.
