That game was Exhibit A for why preseason games need to go the way of the dinosaurs.

I agree, and we have already seen many teams playing the starters a whole lot less this year. Imo it should go to 2 preseason game schedule and mainly play 2's and 3's and to give the rookies a taste and see how they do in a game type setting and set depth charts.

Most coaches seem to prefer the controlled environment of scrimmages now anyways. And for Christ sakes no more of these international games playing on unsatisfactory conditions, it is a joke what they are doing and it only gives the league a bad look to any of these country's they are trying to showcase too! If you cant figure it out as a billion dollar industry then it's time to give it freaking up!

This is one of many reason why us fans better savor and enjoy the next couple seasons because imo a strike is coming for this league.

Pre-season games should be for showcasing your bubble players and nothing else. Also honestly, not sure how to protect the skill players aside from red jerseys, which is a silly solution.

Yeah I don't see the point playing anyone you know is gonna be a Week 1 starter. Preseason's to figure out who will round out your roster and practice squad, not so much your starting lineup.

Reportedly Zeke turned down an offer to become the second highest paid RB in the league. At this point I run to trade him for 2 1st round picks and then open the season with a RBBC spearheaded by Pollard and Morris. Or perhaps pick up Ajayi to rotate with Pollard. Either way, I want Zeke off this team.

Seriously? Shouldn't the best RB in the league be the highest paid RB in the league? While I'm one of those RB is the most dispensable main position in football, I favor Zeke in trying to maximize his earnings while he still can given the volatility of the position.

Luck is one of my favorite non Bills players of all time. This is a shock to say the least.

You can see why the NFL has the rules they do protecting QB’s.
