I just read this article on Forbes that might explain why I cant find the fox sports app.

Fox Sports provided tvtechnology.com with various excuses for not pursuing a native 4K production for its next-generation NFL broadcasts, such as “minimizing the resources needed for the production”, “maintaining the level of production viewers have come to expect” and being able to use super slow motion cameras. But anyone who’s seen native 4K running against upscaled 4K - especially when the upscaling is happening in a ‘live’ environment - will know that upscaled 4K is no rival for the real 4K deal.

And there’s more. Dish Network customers didn’t get the 4K HDR feed at all due to a dispute over carriage terms, while just before the game went live, Comcast unceremoniously removed Fox Sports’ 4K HDR stream from its cable lineup for an as yet unconfirmed reason.
