I have no problem getting cable/Sat to get ESPN etc. for games. NFL Network is BUSCH LEAGUE, so I won't pay for it. Every time I get a "Free Preview" of it, the production value rivals a H.S. Television-Production class.

I'm watching the game on a stat-tracker doo-hickey.... I think this NFL Network nonsense is stupid. If an independent (or otherwise) investor came to the NFL and said "I want exclusive rights to the Superbowl" then put it on Pay-Per-View..... would that be O.K. ? Where do we drawl the line?

Did anyone else see that horseh*t chop-block call on the Niners, negating the TD. For the Love of God...THIS IS THE NFL...LET 'EM PLAY.

I couldn't believe what I was hearing from Suh. Man up and admit you lost control.

Wow, finally saw Suh's interview after the game. It really was bad. He apologized to his team and his fans for "putting himself in a position for the refs to kick him out of the game"?!? We went on to say he removed himself from the situation in the best way he though possible. Really Suh... pushing the guy's head into the turf multiple times then trying to stomp him was "removing yourself from the situation in the best way possible"? That certainly won't help him with the commissioner than if he just gave a real apology. All he did was ramble on with excuses to justify his actions for several minutes.

Then he gets on the field and takes some really outrageous cheap shots on his opponents. Seems like every other game he rips off someone's helmet. It really takes away from his tremendous talent and hurts his team with that crap. They needed him badly against New Orleans next week, and now likely won't have him.
No hell appeal any suspension likely handed down on Friday to be able to play against the Saints

Agreed Mike...it's micro-officiating at it's Best (most annoying)...BTW, you never answered my question...Why didn't you take the bet with Darth? This could be you with this crappy avi instead of me. I guess Hab fans are smarter than Leaf fans...some of the time.

I'm not with the group saying that stuff. I don't think more than a 1 game suspension is called for here since nobody was hurt. But what he did was still inexcusable. And ya, despite his issues I'd LOVE for him to play on my team.

And what if what he said was true what if he was just trying to regain his balance and was shoved which rewatch the clip of the incident again I could see it from that angle. I can also see it from the reverse angle where hes a passionate guy and his emotions got the best of him.

But hell lets label the guy dirty when 3 of his fines did not even warrant it. Todays incident with the hand getting under the chin strap and helmet coming off was not a big deal that happens every day in the NFL. Right now he is just front and center last year it was Harrison from Pitt. Every year the NFL picks someone to make an example of this year its Suh.

Well um it doesn't matter

He still would have been in the game without the unncessary stomp. No shove justifies stomping your cleats into someone.

He's getting at least two and yes I would still take him obviously. That doesn't mean the coaches shouldn't tell him to smarten up.

His savageness makes him the great player he is, he just needs to learn to control himself after the whistle. Commissioner is going to give him 4 games off, which may actually end up costing his team a play-off spot. They are 7-4 and coming into a tough stretch that may drop them permanently below .500.

My take on it (and I think Suh is awesome), is that I find it odd that the guys who are barely making league minimum are able to avoid racking up fines week in and week out.

Suh has been hit with some iffy penalties, and a lot of times I think he's "playing to the whistle" but *unfortunately* the game has changed..... and playing tough and giving it 110% is one thing..... but fines aside, automatic first-downs, and 15 yard penalties KILL your team when you're on defense, so more effort should be put forth to avoid doing that to your team if nothing else!

err no

Haynesworth got 5 games for really stomping on someones face with their helmet off and this isn't even close to that

what Suh did is just a little extra going past the whistle, that happens every game
unfortunately, he's already in the spotlight and what he did was in plain sight for everyone to see
really shouldn't be more than 1 game

I no longer think four. The Haynesworth one was just so much worse.

Suh should talk to Ray Lewis. He's ferocious on the field but hasn't been called to the league office since the Super Bowl party incident in 2000.
