As mentioned sunday ticket for 2011 is $335 but rumour is directv will be doing the $120 credit again this year just like the last few years so the real total will be $215 which to me is reasonable.

Should be the same routine....call in around early july & ask (knowingly) if they are offering the $20 credit for 6 months deal again for recurring subs....as long as you are in good standing with them you should get the deal.

Gus Johnson has joined Fox after CBS declined to match Fox's offer. He will call NFL and Pac-12 football games for Fox. It's not mentioned if Johnson will be joining Fox for basketball games as well or staying with the Big 10 Network.

http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/co...#ixzz1Lwk1GY2t

Edit: According to CNBC's Darren Rovell Johnson will still be calling basketball games for the Big 10 Network.

The Vikings are about to announce that they will be building a new stadium in Ramsey County. This doesn't make the stadium a done deal unless the state agrees to help fund it, but from the sounds of it the stadium bill is likely going to be approved by the state.

Doesn't matter if they are offering credit or not, I am sick of paying for games to get blacked out if there is no sellout in my local market. If I am paying 300 USD for a package I should get every game regardless. This combined with everyone squabbling over a 9 billion dollar pot is just pissing me off more and more.

Should got it done on front cuz no one is going to be chasing him as this headcase will not be employed by any team.

According to NFL Network's Steve Wyche, the Vikings have not even held internal discussions about the possibility of acquiring Vince Young this offseason.
Young was initially connected to the team back in late January after his old QBs coach, Craig Johnson, was hired for the same position in Minnesota. Now that Young is participating in offseason workouts with Adrian Peterson, the dot-connecting has picked up where it left off in February. The Vikes can do better for a veteran influence and potential clip-board holder behind Christian Ponder.

Moose is getting on Dez now

Quote:
“I don't know what you do with Dez Bryant because when Deion Sanders gives up on you that speaks volumes to me,” Johnston told. “Deion goes out of his way to help young guys and try to help them reach their potential in the NFL. And when Deion says, 'I can't work with you anymore,' that's the first time he has ever done that.

“This is a person with unique talent but with unique issues. And it would be a disappointment for Dez, number one, his family, the Cowboys, and their fans if he doesn't live up to the potential he flashed as a rookie . He was by far the most talented guy on that field many times during last fall. And the sky's the limit for that kid. And I just hope that at some point he understands and realizes that he shouldn't waste two or three years because his head is not in the game.”

While some have compared Bryant to one of Johnston’s former teammate Michael Irvin – and Bryant wears the same No. 88 jersey – the ex-Cowboy warns they have positively nothing in common.

“Don't ever to compare him to Michael Irvin because they are polar opposites,” Johnston said. “Michael was high-profile and he had the ‘Playmaker’ nickname, but Michael was the hardest worker on that team. So, one of things you have to be careful with is that all of a sudden (because) he's high-profile and he's dynamic as a player you reach back and compare him to Michael. It couldn't be further from reality.

“We had big personalities but we had guys who came to work and all they wanted to do was win football games. And hopefully that's what Dez realizes—that this is not about finishing your rookie contract.”

I don't get that option. I cancel ST, I lose NHL/MLB/NFL/NCAA/OHL and Nascar (never watched that package once in like 6 years).

It costs me roughly $33 (after tax) for all of them.

lol it's what my cable provider offers. You can't buy them individually.

Now, the downfall of it - I only get like 2 games in HD at any given time, excluding what's on regular cable channels (TSN/NBC/CBS/FOX..)

The company (Rogers) that they get this package from, offers almost every game in HD. Hopefully that will change soon.
