Conflicting reports about whether or not the Jags told Doug Marrone that Sunday would be his final game.

Marcus Peters believed to be getting a three-year, $42 million extension with the Ravens.

Texans believed to be giving Whitney Mercilus a four-year, $54 million extension.

Kind of an uneventful last week of the season.

In the AFC, clearly the Ravens are a lock. I don't see the Pats losing, so KC and Houston stuck in 3&4. I think the Bills are stuck in the 5th seed, don't think they can fall. Titans likely win the 6th cause Texans will be benching players.

NFC....Saints and Packers win, both hold. I feel the 49ers will win, so no mix up drama. Whoever wins between the Eagles and Cowboys for the 4th seed is my lock to go one and done next week.

I think these playoffs are just gonna be wasting time until the Ravens win it all. No other team is rolling like they are.

Easily see the Eagles/Cowboys, Vikings, Packers, Titans, Bills and Pats all losing in their first game. A many pretenders in that list.

Ertz, in a addition to suffering cracked ribs also, has a lacerated kidney.
I get the whole “next man up” thingie, but this is next level injury stuff. A potential 9-7 season with mostly ~~backups~~ practice squad/rookies/picked some dude off the street on both sides of the ball.

Eagles still have a super bowl roster. Injuries keeping them from getting anywhere near it.

Even at full health...the entire secondary is far from elite. Not sure I would call that roster a championship roster.
It’s like Philly will have two drafts this offseason. He regular draft then getting a dozen, or so, starters back from injury.
