If my local CBS channel and Directv don't come to a new deal by midnight tonight, AFC playoff game on Sat night we'll miss it, if they don't get a new deal.

they haven’t lost in three months. they’re winning games and by big margins, more often than not. they beat the nfc champs by almost 40 points and the defending champs by 20

genuine question, when was the last time the ravens trailed in a game? they’re able to score quickly if needed but can also run down the clock. the kicker is the best in the league.

if they score first, or get up by ten points... do you see any team coming back, based on any of the games from the last three months?

but sure. the team with twelve wins in a row that has been in control in every games for three months is obviously just going to forget how to win football games all of a sudden.

Anything can happen in a win or go home game. Peyton Manning and the Colts would have awesome regular seasons and get to the Playoffs and choke. The Playoffs is a totally different beast.

Sorry to hear. Hopefully it gets resolved.
I can’t stand these greedy pissing matches carriers have with multi-channel conglomerates. It’s always the paying customer that loses out.
And these big companies wonder why so many cut their cords.

Anyone use Hulu Live? We have been intrigued by it, but they don’t have NFL Network and that’s a no go for us until they add it.

Not to mention, you have teams like the Packers, Patriots, Vikings, Seahawks, Eagles and the Bills that have looked rather crappy down the stretch, so is this user trying to tell us all those teams will magically light it up now playing better competition?

What the Ravens are doing is something special, and I say that as a guy that doesn't much care about any AFC teams.

Philly going 4-0 to close out the season, in what amounted to each game being an elimination game, with mostly back ups and unproven rookies/practice squad guys, to win the division...is crappy?

Tough room.

4 straight garbage opponents. Yes the cowboys are garbage since they failed to make the playoffs.

But surely a team that's lost 3 of their last 5 games and has been faltering on BOTH sides of the ball in recent weeks will suddenly get hot in the playoffs and go on a(nother) SB run, right?

Idk what team you are talking about, my post was for everyone crowning the Ravens Super bowl champs already. Just because you had a good regular season doesn't mean you are going to win the Super bowl. Yes smart money would bet on the Ravens, but upsets do happen from time to time. Just saying.

I don't think anybody's saying a certain team will upset a favorite, just that upsets are natural, and should be expected, especially when it comes to top seeds trying to make it all the way through.

In terms of New England, specifically, if Brady wasn't hurt, I would give them a puncher's chance against the Titans. But, man, it's looking "one and done" for New England this year.

History tells us to never write off the Patriots until they lose in January.

Until it happens never count out the Patriots. Same time last year they were saying the same thing about them and then they steamrolled through to the AFC title game.
