Henry is better than Elliott, see historic play-off run. Elliott isn't even worth his $108 million so a franchise tag makes sense for Henry while they figure out what to do past this year.

His hatred for Bill Belicheat runs deep. Didn't Belicheat try to trade him like 20 times? Pretty sure he also said recently he hopes Tom goes to another team and falls on his face. Bill really is a piece of work.

He’s got 6. Also TB has the pieces in place to get in the mix. Of course it will be a much tougher division. Also don’t forget all extra money he will make by playing in the state of Florida.

I get the appeal of no income tax in FL and know he already has 6 rings but it seems his purpose would be to win more, prove he can win elsewhere and I just don't see that with TB.
According to this story https://boston.cbslocal.com/2020/03/...nd-buccaneers/ there are some dark horse candidates in the mix. Besides the Bucs, the Chargers are expected to call him today.

Apparently Hopkins wanted a new deal and Houston wanted to avoid a holdout. Speculation now is that Houston may leverage the second into a trade with Washington for Trent Williams.
