Goff and the offense thrived when Gurley got a good percentage of the snaps. In that Super Bowl run Gurley was hurt, then came back, everyone said he was healthy but McVay still went more pass happy at that point, never went back to Gurley. Seems he believes in himself as a coach and his schemes more than he does in his players or certain players. I agree with rickah, he'll be back as an OC probably next offseason. Purging all of those players and contracts, while still being tied to Goff, will be the reason they underperform but ultimately he'll be let go.

https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.co...ion-continues/ I’m still working. Crews have been told that you can stay home for your own safety, if you feel uncomfortable. This place is huge. “Social distancing” is easy to achieve here. |

Who could’ve possibly seen this coming?
Malcom Jenkins: I really wanted to finish my legacy in Philadelphia, both on and off the field...blah blah. Translation: But the true #1 priority was making more money. Sorry Malcom, legacies/home town discounts work both ways. You’re making basically the same money this year, in New Orleans that you would’ve in Philly. |

Nelson Agholor signing with Vegas, good luck with that.
Like so many other Eagles, he caught fire in 2017, but has largely been a bust. In other Philly news, they sign a LB and Safety. Will they actually sign a WR?? Or any player on the offense side of the ball? ![]() |

I'm thinking Bill Belichick didn't want him anymore. It's the Patriot way to get rid of players before they ask for too much while on the decline.
There's probably also egos at play there, with each one wanting to prove he can win without the other. |

Brady is in the right spot for his last couple seasons, he would of been miserable here with no weapons. But Tampa has some work to do to sure up it's O-line imo as if they don't get better it could be dangerous for Brady playing with unknowns as he resembles a statue in the pocket. Also those receivers no matter how good they are better be studying Brady's play book because Tampa will be using it no doubt, Brady doesn't have much patience for guys that do what they want. |
