He’s under team control for at least three more seasons. He has little leverage.

With the uncertainty of the season & the smallness now of the draft its really taking almost all my interest away from it.

How do? Much like free agency, it’s going to be much needed escapism for me. It’s always one of the best sports weekends of the year, and this year should be no exception.

I’m still wondering how the draft can go thru if all physicals, on traded players, aren’t completed. Some of those trades involved draft picks and if the trade is voided due to physical concerns those pick(s) would go back to the original teams.

I’m having a blast watching sports reruns. Definitely enjoyed all The Masters stuff that aired over the weekend. Caught Jeff documentary on Fox Sports yesterday about his 1997 Daytona 500 win which I had never seen before.

Its like going to a nice expensive steakhouse but then not being able eat anything.

Whats the point if theres no season - or a season with no fans - thats not really even a season to me.

Can say its for 2021 then but dont care about that right now.

I truly appreciate your enthusiasm and I most certainly will tune in, but it's gonna be so different and dare I say bleak this year with the world (and to a much lesser extent, football) in such flux.

I just need a break from the world. Sports provide that for me. Like most people, my hobbies are a form of therapy for my well being.

Been playing a lot of Madden recently. Without any sports, it just makes the NFL dead-season so much worse. I usually don't get excited about the draft and find the over-coverage annoying as hell, but this year I'm just desperate for anything sports/football-related, so I'm looking forward to it.

I dont think the NFL is going to have a season this year. We are already seeing the virus spread again in areas where they tried to reopen after having it contained. Many of the NFL cities don't want to see large gatherings like this until after Thanksgiving this year and that's only if theres a viable vaccine for this virus.
