oh man. Just like Al Davis. The only difference is that before Al lost his marbles, he was a scout, the AFL commissioner, our coach!! Even in the 90s i'd get excited about his picks. Then he lost it all and just kept picking the guy with the best 40 (whether the position was a need or not). I enjoyed the Janikowski pick though. I know Jerry Jones knows football better than me, but man. Leave it up to the other people you employ
