Seems like I'm the only one who cares that the only real pass rusher we have right now is DeMarcus Lawrence. But at least we got a wide receiver and a cornerback. Maybe they can sack the quarterback, too.

Very troubling sign when your QB depth reads:

Well this draft could make or break Howie. I said it last year when he inexplicably guaranteed Alshon’s entire ‘20 contract. Then exacerbated the problem by not even addressing the WR position in FA. How could they possibly hide their hand in this draft?
And then draft a LB that only played 1.5 games in High School. I love that all three picks are speed guys, but maybe they are trying to place to high a priority of bringing in speed?
I will give them the benefit of the doubt as they’ve made many more good/great choices than bad/very bad with this FO.
They went from having zero big play potential last season to a bunch of home run hitters, that’s for sure. Hope it all works out.

Trade: Washington has agreed to send Pro-Bowl OT Trent Williams to the SF 49ers in exchange for a fifth-round pick this year and a third-round pick next year, league sources tell ESPN.

Bill O'Brien was not a happy camper, and a couple of his old colleagues with the New England Patriots were reportedly the reason why.

O'Brien, the Houston Texans coach and general manager, was caught on camera late in the third round of Friday's 2020 NFL draft pointing angrily at his phone.

O'Brien muttered a few choice words at someone off screen, but the Houston Chronicle reported the real root of O'Brien's anger was the Detroit Lions.

The Lions, according to the Chronicle, backed out of a trade right before the Texans made the 90th pick of the draft.
