I'd love to see Dallas and Jerry Jones back in the Super Bowl.

Total leverage move by Jerruh, which has me worried. Need Dallas breaking the bank for Rayne Dakota. Clearly no team friendly deals are coming from Camp Rayne so a deal would be premium dollar for a player that does good against bad defenses but struggles against good defenses. Factor in the Zeke and Cooper deals and Dallas gonna be hamstrung going forward.

Both sides are playing chicken at this point. Who’s going to blink first?

They got the Cowboys v Packers playoff game from 1996 on here in Wisconsin today.

It's weird to hear Madden again.

He should have took the original $30M deal & been done with it. I don't mind Dak but as a Cowboys fan I just can't see him leading us to a successful season again. I may be wrong & I hope that I am but I think his ship is slowly sinking. I don't have an issue with the Dalton signing as he is better than Cooper Rush but only by a little. Either way, Go Cowboys!

It’s gonna have to be the moron that wears #4. He’s easily replaceable Jerry isn’t (or in his own mind he’s not).

He's got no more excuses this year (if there is a "this year") with what essentially amounts to 3 #1 WRs. And this on top of having a top 2 RB and one of the better OLs in the league.

But hey, if all else fails, they've got one of the league's best backups.

No international games this coming season per ESPN.

I enjoyed watching football at 10am. Sucked having your team over there though (except for when we destroyed Khalil Mack last year in London)

RIP Don Shula

Quote:
Retired Dolphins coach Don Shula passed away at the age of 90.

Shula coached from 1958-1995, most-notably spending 26 years in charge of the Dolphins. He racked up an incredible 257-133-2 record (.659 win percentage) with Miami and to this day is the only man responsible for enabling an undefeated season. The Hall of Fame coach was set to turn 91 next January. His son Mike Shula is presently the QB coach of the Broncos.

Dolphins reveal mock-up plan to host fans at stadium amid coronavirus pandemic

Quote:
"We would have times to come in for security at different gates so people would be separated out, in terms of when they enter the stadium," Garfinkel said. "We would exit the stadium much like a church environment, where each row exits so people aren't filing out all at the same time in a herd."

The mock-up including colored spots on the ground leading up to entrance gates to designate the distance needed between fans as they file into the stadium. It's a plan not unlike what some restaurants have done for customers picking up takeout orders during the pandemic.

Garfinkel said this mock-up plan would include all fans wearing masks and ordering food from their seat then go upstairs and pick it up rather than waiting in line for concession.

Hard Rock Stadium can hold approximately 65,000 fans for a football game, but the Dolphins said they might be down to 15,000 fans for the next season as they adjust to a different setup.

I like the idea of order on the way in, lot better than standing in a line of 50 people 10 minutes before the game starts. Take it another step further and let people order online before they go into the stadium.

I gave up going to sporting events long ago. Juice was never worth the squeeze IMO. With the advent of HDTV, and now 4k, it’s a no brainer to watch from home. Cheaper, no driving, no parking, no drunk idiots(well I could fall into this group ), no long lines, etc etc.
Now with that said, and with a global pandemic going on, I seriously hope the league goes fanless for this season...if it even happens.
What if there’s an emergency during the game? So much for filing out orderly, especially depending on the severity of the emergency.
Man if we ever needed Drive-Ins, now would be the time.
