Of course the game got better after I turned it off at the half, but yeah, I can't believe Gase still has a job. Then again, I can't believe they hired him in the first place. Feel bad for Jets fans; a team that's been bad, is bad, and doesn't seem to have any vision to improve.

That said, the Giants look worse, especially without Saquon. Good chance Trevor Lawrence ends up on a New York roster.

The Pittsburgh Steelers at Tennessee Titans game originally scheduled for Week 4 on Sunday, October 4, has been rescheduled for Week 7 on Sunday, October 25 at 1:00 PM ET on CBS.

The Pittsburgh Steelers at Baltimore Ravens game will move from Week 7 (October 25) to Week 8 on Sunday, November 1 at 1:00 PM ET on CBS.

It will be so fun here in NY if jets & giants have #1 & #2 pix in the draft.

Metlife field needs to be investigated again. The amount of injuries that have occurred on that field in the first 4 weeks of the season is baffling.

Fake grass field turf is the problem imo, there are studies everywhere that prove significant injuries like acl tears have increased with use of field turf in multiple sports, from high school to pros.

As to why it has happened more so this year then others, i don't know. Maybe the turf changes with factors like age / useage / weather conditions / and just plain wearing out. Would be nice to see these outdoor stadiums go back to natural grass imo, i rather see some muddy fields and sloppy conditions then seeing season ending injuries that ruin careers..

It’s pretty surprising. You’d think they could manufacture synthetic turf that would eliminate the maintenance grass requires but without the injury risk, but it has never happened.

I think the main difference is the give natural grass affords, it will rip up allowing a planted foot to have some give instead of the knee or other body part becoming the weak link.

I'm not sure how that could ever be replicated with field turf, without a doubt the best playing surface in the league is Arizona imo.

I don't think they will be back until the Rams game. This 4 game stretch against teams with losing/winless records might end up being the key to salvaging what looked like a disastrous season in the making. While I'm not a fan of Nick Mullins, he's more than capable of leading the 49ers to victory against Philly and Miami. Going to need Garoppolo and Mostert at 100% (or close to it) heading into week 6......Rams, Patriots, Seahawks, Packers, Saints, and the Rams again. Brutal.

Good news is Deebo is supposed to play this week.
