My buddy said finnley has said in an interview he wants to be a packer for life.

You want to pay Finley when really all he's done in his career is have 1 really good game and nothing else? To be fair it is a spread the wealth offense but to me he disappears a lot more often than he should.

He’s a huge threat that teams have to account for.

If they are worried about him, Jennings or Nelson usually get open.

Thompson has said he wants to wait and see what Finnley can do over the course of a full season since he was hurt last year and really came on later the year before.

I’d assume if they were going to resign him, they’ll franchise him next year and resign him during the year.

If the cowboys beat the cards & the giants lose to the pack then next week if the cowboys beat the giants the cowboys clinch the division with 3 weeks left.

Cause even if the cowboys lost the last 3 & the giants won the last 3 they both would be 9-7 but the cowboys would own the tiebreaker.

They could really just rest players over those last 3 weeks cause they will basically be locked into the #4 seed as they cant go lower & they cant catch the saints at #3.

Bears signed WR Earl Bennett to a four-year extension through 2014.
Bennett had been in a contract year. The 24-year-old slot receiver has appeared in just six games this season, catching 18 passes for 276 yards and one touchdown. Bennett is short on playmaking ability, but has a nice rapport with currently injured quarterback Jay Cutler and is more well thought of by the front office than he should be. The Bears still need to find a physical outside threat to book end Bennett and Johnny Knox during the offseason. Bennett is far from Chicago's answer as a No. 1 wideout.

Uh no, I think we'll pass on replacing a 39 year old back-up with a 34 year old back-up, besides I don't think we want to assume McNabb's contract for the rest of the year.

You know, I just remembered that Kyle Orton started 6-0 in his first 6 starts with the Broncos. He's clearly "a winner" who "just knows how to win" right? After all that record is better than Tebow's mighty 5-1.

I don't think anyone will claim McNabb. It doesn't make much sense for the Bears to claim him when none of the teams after them would make a claim, so if they want him it would make more sense to let him clear waivers and then sign him to a prorated veteran minimum contract. I'm also not sure if the Bears do want him at this point. He's played like crap since he left the Eagles and there's no reason to think he'd play well in Chicago.

The Raiders have ruled out Denarius Moore (ankle), Jacoby Ford (foot), and Darren McFadden (foot) for Week 13 at Miami.
All three may be targeting next week's clash with the undefeated Packers to make their returns. Moore is believed to be day to day, but didn't practice all week. Ford and McFadden are nursing sprained feet. Darrius Heyward-Bey and Chaz Schilens figure to be the Raiders' starting wideouts against the Dolphins. It's a concern for Carson Palmer's Week 13 fantasy outlook. Michael Bush should expect yet another monster workload Sunday.
