If he doesnt want the jets then cowboys have a shot at 2 qbs then - that would be awesome.

It’s highly unlikely to happen though. It’s unfair to Lawrence to have all these articles coming out about how he is going to duck the Jets when he isn’t planning to do that at all. I’m not a Clemson or Jets fan, so I don’t have a horse in this race. What I took from his comments are that he plans on entering the draft following this season, but he hasn’t made a final decision yet.

Don't get me wrong, I'm also confident he'll enter the draft. But it's an interesting (and kinda amusing) what-if.

On Tuesday, the team swung a deal for veteran pass rusher Everson Griffen, a team source confirmed with The Detroit News.

According to ESPN, the Lions only had to give up a sixth-round pick in 2021 to acquire Griffen from the Dallas Cowboys.

Yeah i think a 2nd is doable some say first, he has another year left and is at 30. You don't hear much talk about shutdown 30+ year old corners so i think a 2nd rounder is a decent ask for him.

I’ve been very reflective this week leading up to the game. It’s probably the biggest regular season game for us in nearly two decades. Such meaning and optics to this game. So many demons can be exorcised. I look back on my life and what I have gone through. Some awesome memories cheering for the team I love and cherish with every cell in my body. Some not so good memories. Through it all I have always bled Buffalo Bills blue. I love this team. I love this team. I love this team. Very emotional experience looking back at it all, and what the future will hold. Let’s go get it!

I feel the same today of a sort. I've cheered for every player and coach that came through the Dolphins. Every time I hoped it would be the one to make a difference and bring the team back. Tua is the first Dolphins QB since Marino that has people outside of the organization talking about being a potential franchise QB. I wasn't big on Tua at Alabama. I didn't think he would transition well to the NFL, but the list of me being wrong is very long. I like what Grier and Flores are doing. I'm excited to see Tua's first start. I hope it is the new beginning I've been wanting for so many years. Go Dolphins!
