In last night's game, JAX RB Travis Etienne suffered a Lisfranc injury which knocks him out for the next several months if not for the entire season.

They really should've found a guy already in the NFL ranks, these college guys just never translate well over to this league today or ever for that matter imo.

Oh well he will last a season imo, get canned, collect millions of dollars and move back to his comfort spot at a college program. Maybe some decade these team owners will get clue!

What's funny is the Cowboys hired Mike McCarthy of all people because they felt they needed a guy with NFL experience.

Football players being on the fence while when they blindly take pain shots, and accepting the likely possibility to suffer injuries and multiple concussions is pretty comical though. That said, Cam and Lamar have both already had Covid and perhaps figure they already have some level of immunity. The CDC themselves even mentioned about those who got Covid in the past may only need one shot. The holdouts who never got Covid though, weak. At least the states is trying to return to normalcy. In Canada, there's been zero social benefits given by government to be double vaccinated so I can at least understand regular folks aversion to getting vaccinated up here.
