I can't take another week of watching Trubisky at QB
I mean he's f*ucking horrible!

Back peddling while trying to throw. Keeping his eyes locked onto receivers. Not setting his foot in direction of receivers (basic). Not using his hips for power while throwing. Instead uses only his arm that's why he is wildly inaccurate.

that injury was very unfortunate and avoidable. Designed QB power runs up the middle is stupid. I understand trying to keep the defense off balance but these were called last week and already 3-4 times yesterday and each time Trey was getting creamed. he is supposed to be the future of the franchise, this season was about building him up, understanding there would be growing pains, and it all ended before it could begin because Kyle needs to prove how smart he is and show off a new toy. He was being called out for it and rightly so in the post game presser. He defended himself and said it was just a football play and sure it was but it was avoidable. He said no one questions when BUF does it with Allen, which doesn't fly with me because Allen is an established vet at this point who has proven he can beat you with his arm but will run and make a play when necessary, not only that the physical frames of Trey vs. Josh are strikingly different.
So while this is certainly a bummer, John and Kyle need to thank the football gods that they were unable to move Jimmy in the offseason and that he signed a restructured deal. Thankfully the locker room is tight and by all accounts everyone loves both guys and can now rally around Jimmy. Jimmy did step in and looked sharp for a guy who didn't participate in any of the offseason but cooled off towards the end of the game. He was spreading the ball around which was nice and getting Kittle back will certainly help too. But so far I am guessing it will be the same Jimmy, enough to make a run but don't count on him to make a big play when necessary. Hopefully fortune pans out differently this season.

Yep, I get it, just sucks to have to choose especially given the wild finishes in the league so far this season. I'm sure a lot of games were turned away from yesterday only to end completely differently.

This is insanely stupid, Bills v Titans should have been a CBS national game yesterday.

Sunday it is expected to have games overlap but Mondays no its always been 1 game on Monday night.

Jimmy’s about to get paid this year if he can stay healthy for the rest of the season. When the 49ers restructured his contract, they put in a lot of bonuses/incentives based on playing time, wins, making the playoffs, etc. He gets 6.5 mil guaranteed (down from roughly 26 mil per his old contract) and could get another 16 mil in total from bonuses. Yesterday, Jimmy made $250,000 for playing 25% or more of the snaps and another $100,000 for the win.

Keeping Jimmy as a backup definitely saved this season so far. It would have been Brock Purdy otherwise. The question is if he can stay healthy for the remainder of the season….he doesn’t have a good track record so far.

TEN is not a enough of a national draw for a sunday 4:25 national game especially over CIN/DAL.

& there hasnt always been just 1 game on monday as 2020, 2019, 2018 etc. always had 2 MNF games wk 1.
