It should and it will for him (game suspension and/or a fine), but bringing the police into this is a bit over the top to me.

Wild stat about last night's defense holding penalty on the FG attempt: That penalty hasn't been called since 2015.

It's all part of the process, a report needs to be filed to make a case out of it.

I'm sure a money amount will make it all go away in due time, we dont need guys that are just doing their job getting assaulted by disgruntled football players. Imo he needs to be mad at himself for running into Renfrow and blowing up that last play.

I get it, but it's not the Zapruder film, the video is out there for everyone to see and it's pretty cut and dried. Davonte absolutely should cover the guys ride to the hospital, any medical expenses incurred that night and afterwards and then some, but that could all be handled privately without bringing an assault detective into it.

No it wasn't really Renfrow's fault, he cut to the outside like he was suppose to and Adams was pressed and through off his timing, and he straight ran into Renfrow.

As for the push, maybe if Adams did throw out a half a@@ed apology maybe the guy would of gone a different route. I bet Adams though will now think twice before taking out his frustration on a guy just doing his job.

He commented on the push on camera in the locker room after the game and then tweeted out an apology. Anyway, I can see both sides, but I just thought it a bit much to bring the police into it.

Not to keep dragging the discussion out....but here's two mistakes Adams made in handing his pushing of the press person:

1) He said he regretted it right away....if so, stop and help the guy up or at least turn around and see if he's okay.

2) His tweet saying he hopes the guy sees it, comes off as disingenuous. Why? Cause the guy he pushed is a credentialed press person. If Adams was concerned about reaching out, he could have easily found the guy's contact info through the Raiders/Chiefs. He may have, but unlikely based on the context of the tweet.

Should the police be involved, probably not...but I SUSPECT if the person hadn't he'd been blown off by Adams just based how he's handled it so far.

Adams is pissed about the game and that's really his focus after the game, not the person he pushed. Actions belie his words.

I wanted to take the Cowboys and the 6 points for Sunday night but apparent sport betting is not allowed in my state. :/

yeah my state where pretty much anything is legal, as long as it can be regulated and taxed into oblivion, sports betting is not legal here in CA. It is on the ballot next month and will likely pass but like I said, everyone in power wants their piece first.

I tuned the game in the 2Q, saw the Raiders were ahead and just thought to myself, how are they gonna blow it this week? Had to leave for a bit and tuned in to see Kelce get his third and fourth TD's and knew then that the earth was still on its axis. I go back and forth between feeling sorry and just laughing at the Raiders as they find new ways of losing games they are in every week.

Well the person that Adams pushed at the Chiefs game....local news reported that he is a college student. That game was his first day on the job. He is represented by local law firm Brown and Crouppen. They aren't Saul Goodman, but they have a few billboards around town as personal injury lawyers.

Prop 26 (existing Indian casino + four race tracks legalized sports betting) is polling at 31% approve. Prop 27 (online sports betting from all licensed providers like BetMGM, DraftKings, and FanDuel) is polling even lower at 27% approve.

Proposition polling is notoriously unreliable in California, but if I was a betting man... I would bet against both props.
