He may be a dick but hes a talented dick who dominated the NFC north for 18 years.
Lol, more luck than talent most times. The dysfunction in the NFL North certainly helped him quite a bit, much like the AFC East for so long with New England. When it matters most, he chokes. Totally fine with me

So two 2nd rounders, for Aaron Rodgers? The initial rumors were much better picks coming to the Packers.

Will be weird seeing Aaron Rodgers in a Jets uniform next fall and the Bears will still lose to Green Bay both times in 2023

Knowing the Packers luck with QB's, watch Jordan Love end up being another HOF'er.

The other ESPN announcers are mortified as one of them interrupts Adam Schefter during the trade announcement's breaking report:

The leverage that GB thought they had was virtually non-existent.

The rumor now is that it's a team-friendly contract, so I'd expect a Quinnen Williams extension soon-ish after the draft.

Zach will probably make practice so miserable for Rodgers that after one season with the Jets, he’ll request a trade and finish out his final two uneventful seasons with the Vikings.

Basically, if Rodgers avoids any injuries this upcoming season, that conditional 2nd rd pick becomes a first for GB.

Well right now florio & some others are saying that GB got the better of the deal cause that #1 next yr (most likely) wasn't expected.
Obviously if they make a super bowl run &/or rogers plays next year then you could argue it's worth it but thats a big if.

Oh favre was traded for only a 3rd rounder.

Florio was right he did say the trade would be done either friday of the draft or before then.

Or, we tamper and lose our first round pick next year and GB gets nothing.

Yeah you won't be seeing a king's ransom for a 37 who will be 38 in december QB. I think the Packers did ok, gained a few spots in tommorows first round, gained a high second rounder and a more then likely late first rounder next year, but the most important thing is the cash savings for the Packers.

For the Jets even if Rodgers puts up an average year for himself, he would break QB records for the Jet's franchise. Jets go from #32 in the league for QB play to top 10 imo.

Rogers is 40 in dec.

Wierd stuff going on all sportsbooks took odds for #1 pick down due to a reddit post that says Levis told family that CAR is going to pick him.
Wierd.

Almost seems to good a game to burn thanksgiving since it gets great ratings no matter who DAL plays.
Last yrs game vs NYG was most watched reg season game ever.
They should save that game for a sunday.
