The defensive tackles on this team just aren’t good. They can’t get off their blocks. This has been a problem for a few years now.

*way* too many people bought into the Vikings going 13-4 last year, despite 11 of those wins being extremely close. Not to mention the fact that they crashed and burned in the play-offs against a very mediocre team.

MIN trades cousins to NYJ

He doesnt fit this MIN team but he does fit this NYJ team
& MIN is getting rid of him at end of yr anyways.

I would do it as long as what NYJ give up isnt crazy.

I don't think Cousins is enough to get them past Tua, Allen, Burrow, Mahomes or maybe even Herbert in the AFC. Plus old and has never been good in the post-season.

Yeah but why would Minnesota give him up knowing the Jets are beyond desperation mode right now. I don't see a first being out of the question here, i would be pissed as a vikings fan if they move him for anything less then a 2 and later round pick or a number 1 that Jets would of given up anyways with Rodgers.

The free agent list of qb's atm is pure dog s#@t, the fact you heard them talking to a guy that has been out of the league, and was not very good when he left, should tell you all you need to know about how desperate they are.

Isn't he 35? Also look at his record in prime-time and his joke of a post-season record. Brady off the couch would be a better option. Wentz is probably a better idea considering you're not giving up future team collateral to get him. As bad as it is to not make a move to get a Cousins, they're probably better off getting a 1st round QB and just doing their best this year. That defense + Hall is probably enough to get them wins most weeks.

Problem also is its only wk2 what are the odds wilson plays all 16 games especially with the NYJ leaky OL.

Most of the pros are taking NYJ+9.5.

Thats alot of pts for a game with an o/u of only 38.5.
