The Jags were 8-3 just a little over a month ago and just got knocked out of the playoffs. Their only win in that 6 game stretch was against the Panthers.

Josh Allen has the mentality that he can make a play on every single snap. It's why he has a boom/bust tendency when he plays.

Even one week off during the regular season bye isn’t always beneficial. I truly think this is the end for Pete. Don't be surprised to see a retirement announcement soon. Dude gets to walk away on a win and a winning record. But, the NFL has passed him by. Time to move on.
