Here is how it has gone in the NFL. 1970's into early 80's The Steelers, 1980's into early 90's the 49ers. Mid 1990's the Cowboys. 2002 until what seemed like forever the Patriots. 2019 to date the Chiefs. In between some other NFL teams have won some Super Bowls, but it's been the Steelers, 49ers, Cowboys, Patriots and Chiefs.
