Jets fixing 2 of the 3 big mistakes they made over the past 2 years

The Jets could designate Rodgers as a post-June 1 cut, which would result in a $14 million dead cap hit next season. While he hasn’t confirmed his return for 2025, this latest story suggests Rodgers is leaning toward playing next season. His days as a franchise quarterback appear done, but Rodgers could still serve as a solid bridge option for a handful of teams who bring in a young signal-caller this offseason, which would put the Titans, Browns, Giants, and Raiders on a short list of potential suitors.

Adams was never expected to be long for the Jets if the team decided to move on from Aaron Rodgers. In light of FOX Sports’ Jay Glazer reporting the Jets would move on from Rodgers, Rapoport is now saying that sources familiar with the situation believe Adams and the Jets will be heading for a split. Rodgers’ presence in New York was the main reason the Jets dealt for him in the first place; now, both veterans could be free agents this off-season with a chance to join forces elsewhere for the 2025 season. Adams has already said he would be interested in joining the Rams, Chargers, or 49ers if he was let go by the Jets. He’ll be 32 next season and is coming off a year in which he totaled 85-1063-8 in 14 games. He may not be the dominant No. 1 receiver we’ve seen in years past, but Adams could still make for a very strong No. 2 option for several teams.

It's been really strange to see the hype for this here in the UK.

American football has never been a part of our culture but it seems to be growing in popularity.

I might check it out just out of curiosity.
